First, before you download make sure your printer will print the 220mm top and bottom parts. I used an Ender 3 to make mine and also a Sunlu S8 large format with Kinluot PLA white filament from Amazon.

The top and bottom parts push together with tabs. No glue necessary. Post printing scrape the tabs to remove excess stray bits of filament and around the hole on the adjoining part. It is a tight fit. The notch in the base is to easily grab and pull the pad out. There is a wire hold down clip that fits any hex hole. Raft is suggested for the clip (in picture). The lighting for it was purchased from Amazon. I bought two for $6.00, the next week I was going to buy two more, but they went up to $10.00. I then bought four for $15.00. These are candelabra E12 base clip for Christas lights. They consist of a six-foot cord and plug, socket, switch, clip and LED bulb. I have one unit using an incandescent bulb of low wattage. The heat flows readily through the holes without heating and warping the plastic.

Print with 25 to 30 percent infill for strength of the square poles and 100 percent for the wire hold down clip. 0.2 layers. 1.2 for sides.

The sticky pads I already had but can be bought Amazon or locally. They are designed to be folded up but I use them flat. There are two grooves on the trap base to slide in the pad. The grooves are smaller than the pad so the pad will need to be trimmed to length and corners trimmed to fit all the way back.

The clip is optional and fits tightly. Slip over cord and insert one side in the hex hole and push inward and down. The tray is also optional that slides in the base grooves. An option to add water and dish washing liquid. I've added the base of the tray for anyone who want to modify the tray features. I also made an optional 50mm stem that raises the top up higher if needed.

My first one caught about six that day and by morning counted eighteen. I have made a total of five for the house and all are catching the little vampires plus two baby roach bugs and a small centipede and other small flying insects. The LED lights use very little power. I've used about a half roll of 1 kilo filament. Basic cost per unit is about $6.00. Store bought units are about $23.00 a set of two and up.

Update 10/25/23 Accidentally kicked one and cat knocked over a box on one causing a couple of pillars to break at the joints. I used Gorilla Clear Grip Contact Adhesive to attach them back together. This product has worked very well for me on PLA. I am also adding a second tray (V2). This one is taller and has an overhang inward. It allows for more water and helps prevent splat out if carrying.
