Wheelchair Hook for Storage Bag or Pouch

This Pouch hook was originally designed for a Helio A6 wheelchair from Motion Composites, but it may fit others (or be easily modified for them); STEP files have been included to facilitate customization. The Helio A6 has 1” (25.4mm) tubes for the handles with a 5mm screw near the top of each one. The hooks snap onto the tubes, and are held in place by the existing 5mm screws. The pouch hangs between the two (left and right) hooks.

Any rigid material can be used, including PLA. The weight of the pouch is supported by the tubes and the bases of the hooks; the vertical (curved) tabs on the hooks are not under stress, and are only there to keep the pouch loops from getting twisted or coming off the tubes when the wheelchair is folded.

Printing Notes:

• Print using PETG or PLA at 0.2mm layer height, with 15% gyroid infill.
• Supports are required. Automatically generated organic supports introduced in PrusaSlicer V2.6 work very well and snap off easily without any cleanup.
