Clover Puzzle

The puzzle is an easily printable interlocking puzzle. No matter how many times I complete this puzzle, it still challenges me everytime.

This design is based on the Hanayama Coaster Puzzle, which is no longer available in most online stores. https://hanayama-toys.com/product/cast-coaster/ 

According to Hanayama the original designer of the puzzle is Serhiy Grabarchuk.

Print Settings

The tolerances are set up for 0.2mm layer hieght. I used the default 0.2mm Quality Prusa profile with top layer ironing enabled.

The multicolour print took approximately 4.5 hours with 120 tool changes.

Single material will take about 2 hours.

Note: Model does not scale well due to tolerances.
