Photo Frame Corner Bracket

Introduction

I bought an Eden Collage Frame 10in. x 32in. from Kmart Australia, put some photos in, but wanted to mount it flush against a corner.

Design

• Frame sits flush against wall so only one bracket is needed
• Integrated hook for hanging
• Designed for ease of printing, no overhangs beyond 45°
• Rounded corners for easier printing (higher speeds with less corners?)
• Uses standard 3M Large Refill Strips on the wall side

Printing

• Should print fine when oriented as downloaded
• 4 vertical walls
• 5 top/bottom layers
• 15% rectilinear infill
• Mine printed in 1hr 40mins using grey ABS on my Voron 2.4

Remixing

• Designed parametrically so you can easily adjust variables
  • bracket_width is the overall width of the part
  • wall_offset is how far off the wall you want the frame to be
    • Refer to sketch base to see presumed dimensions of frame
