After numerous tests with different single and dual fan shroud models, I have come to the conclusion that the MK3S+ fan has the best geometry for optimal cooling as it is capable of cooling areas that the nozzle has just passed through (and not just that area where the hot filament is being deposited at the moment). So I decided to redesign the MK3S+ fan shroud from scratch to be able to support two fans.

Now the slope of the layer fans is 40 degrees, this could increase the life of the fan and decrease the noise problems. You can also increase the printing speed while maintaining the same quality on bridges and overhangs.

Assembly

1. For wiring connection the second fan, connect only the red and black wires with the red and black wires of the fan that is connected to the einsy board.

 2. Take the two M3n nut and insert it all the way to the adapter.

3. Secure the adapter to support using an M3x10 screw.

WARNING!

The airflow is excellent and you could have warping problems when using technical materials. So slow down the fans when printing with them.
