First, This is all Tinkerheart's design… with a twist. This is also my first print in place.
I combined Tinkerheart's holder with Tinkerheart's clip with a swivel so the stethoscope stays level with motion. The clip, as stated, is good for scrubs, or pockets. It is not really designed for a belt or thick objects. The swivel works really well with the angled entry of a pocket should you clip it there.
I made the clip wider and rounder at the flex. The swivel does add some weight but does not seam to make it uncomfortable. This my second swivel version after I slimmed it down from the first version. I left the rotary plate on the thicker side as it needs to withstand the clip flex pressure. I also left the counter rumble strips to help keep the clip from turning on the clothes, or slipping off.
PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS.
Thank you Tinkerheart for this great design. My Family members that carry stethoscopes love it.
File version 6a. I found a tolerance sliver (chad) on the internal rotary. It won't render with a .4 nozzle, but I took it out of the STL in case someone uses a smaller nozzle that would allow it to actually print.
The author remixed this model.
This prints in place the clip and the holder with a swivel connecting the two. No glue required.
