Printed with Sunlu ABS and they came out great. Currently printing the Neopixel mod to go with them. Fit up was perfect using 3mm foam tape. I also put 1mm foam tape on the bottom to seal it up and level the mounting surface out.

Hey, I am a little bit confused. Arent all four corners the same? I see you have 2 files for the left , and 2 files for the right, But they are the same, right?

really love this ! easy to print !
thanks !

Hi!
Very interested in this remix, would you mind sharing the .step-file? I see that the author of the original has shared his. But it would be great to edit yours that is easier to print. I want to add support for the "sturdy handles" for a 300 and also "fill" the voron logo a bit so you dont need to glue the cover over it. Thank you in advance!

Voron standard says that STLs should accommodate ABS shrinkage. These apparently did not. I'll need to reprint them at 102% size. Voron test cube and all the parts were printed using the same printer, plastic and settings and fitted well, so I don't think I made a big mistake. Description should warn about shrinkage not being baked into the model and it would be perfect.

@Molot,Hi thanks for the comments & reviews. The model is sized correctly. You are supposed to add foam sealing tape between the top hat centre parts to SEAL the top of the chamber so ABS fumes can't leak out. I must say it's a little unfortunate you missed this, it's mentioned in the BOM on the details tab. Unless you can get thinner foam tape you will probably have leakage of VOC like that. I hope you can sort that out.

I can also see from the photo you posted your top panel sits way above the level of the top hat so no wonder the clips you printed broke that you left a review for. They are not designed to flex that much. (edited)

@FLYNINDUSTRIES Any chance you can post the CAD/STEP files? I want to mod one of the corners.

@Marc_643373 It seems the original creator of these files has taken his step files down. Please ask the original creator if you need his step files.

Am I dumb, or is there no file for the 300mm Version?

@3DPrintDemon This is a great remix where can I find the clips that hold the clear acrylic to the top hat mod thank you in advance. i found them in your stls https://www.printables.com/model/594870-voron-24-trident-top-hat-top-panel-clips-no-hardwa/files (edited)

Works great when creating extra space for a tool changer.

Thank you.
The only remark is that the tolerance in the description is for the corner only. There's a bit of gap beteween the corners/center plates. After printing I've checked dimentions and later noticed that previous makes had used tape to close the gaps. I didn't want to use black tape, and the white one I had was very narrow, so I ended giving the top hat "racing stripes" to close the gap. The white allows some light through, it works remarkably well.

I truly apprecaite your help, thanks

Kudos, looks great. I might go toolchanger in the future and this is very nice for that i reckon.
