I have a ΒΌ in tubing running from the reverse osmosis filter under the sink to the refrigerator to feed water to icemaker. It is hot glued to exposed particle board a few inches off the floor, right under the base cabinets bottoms and the doors and drawers (this was done by the previous owner).
Hot glue gave up in a few spots, letting the white opaque tubing to hang in the way it can be seen, making our kitchen to look sloppy.
I designed a few variations of the mounting clips that can be attached to the particle board using #6 flat head Phillips screws. Then the tubing can be clipped into the holder.
There are two variants of the holder in the files:
1. With its opening facing up
It holds tube more securely, but requires some room above it. In a tight space, clipping the tubbing in can be challenging.
2. With opening facing forward
Can be used in a very tight space, right under the overhanging surface. But holds tubing less securely (it can be pulled outwards).
I printed mines with PLA.
No supports required, if placed correctly (see the screenshot).
