ESEE Izula scales

I designed these scales because I wanted some which would be compatible with the Armatus Architect sheath.  I made most of them out of PETG for durability.  I did try PLA and it seems to be holding up OK.  Hardware is two #8-32 x 5/8" flat head screws.  The holes are all a slight interference fit so there should be almost no slop in the handle.
