The QBAG motorbike backpack is very moderately priced, is light-weight, has lots of packing volume and its neon yellow color will hopefully protect the rider from being run over from behind.
Unfortunately the quality kind of follows the low price, so my belly strap buckle was broken after a few days already. When I investigated the failure, I realized it was basically a design fault, as the plastic was very thin where it broke. Rather than claiming a warranty case and get another buckle that brakes next week, I decided to make a replacement part with a better design. Here it is.

The female part of the 1 ΒΌ inch belly strap buckle
This part is rather easy to print. Place it on your print bed in the uploaded orientation, chose 3 perimeters and 25% infill and you are good.
If you don't like supports, you can print this part without any supports. The lower edge of the strap bar will not look perfectly nice due to the 32mm bridging, but that will be covered by the strap anyway. I like my prints very clean, so I used a support enforcer only between the lower edge of the strap bar and the surface below on the part.
I always used PETG for functional parts, but in this case I am fairly sure that PLA will work totally fine.
Your satisfaction is my reward. Please like this part if you like it.
Happy printing!
