Rotating spool Holder

After some issue with original pool holder, i decided to start from the good job of SHaDoW6_259587 (https://www.printables.com/fr/model/543708-creality-k1-max-side-mounted-spool-holder)  including the original fixation

It need 2 x 608 type bearings

Works perfectly with my previous K1Max spool holder
