Gridfinity Material Swatches Holder V2 (parametric)

Overview

Material Swatches are the perfect size to fit in Gridfinity bins! Use this model to make bins to store your swatches, customized to whatever grid size you like.

OpenSCAD usage

The OpenSCAD model depends on included third-party library code. Download and unzip libraries.zip into the same folder as swatch-bin.scad.

OpenSCAD customizer options

This is based on and similar to use as Gridfinity Rebuilt in OpenSCAD, with most of the customizer options kept the same.

There is a Customizer section “Swatch Holder Features” with a single option “Separator Style” for configuring the fullness of the separators between swatch slots.

Previous Model Version

This replaces V1 of my similar model which was created using TinkerCAD.

This uses Gridfinity Rebuilt in OpenSCAD to create bins with slots to hold Material Swatches.
