This utilizes the 4 holes for the motor mount to center the shaft and also helps with the leaking. I have been on this pump which is awesome and I made some modifications in how to build it (I am using a cork-rubber handmade gaskets for joining parts together, so I can get more pressure and less leaks). I created this thing to help me in the process and to continue with the project I have in mind (control it with an old pump motor utilizing timing belts)
You need:
8 M3 heated inserts
8 M3 8-12mm screws
1 608 Ball Bearing (8mm X 22mm X 7mm)
You are going to need supports for the top part, because of the overhang. Clean it so the bearing can be inserted without much trouble. You will need some force, it is a tight fit. But my CR6 SE is not the best machine, so it should fit even better in other machines.
Use 3 or more walls, 25 - 50% infill and any material, even PLA will work!
