The name on the top is just a gimmick, which I added to my print. It is not part of this model.
First, I printed the letters in a separate print job with only one layer in height.
Then in a second print job, I printed the frisbee directly over the letters. My modified print job had the exact same letters, but to be cut from the first layer. The second layer printed bridges over the letters. And the third layer created a smooth surface on the inside. All subsequent layers printed the rim.
The author remixed this model.
The top of the original model is only 0.6mm thick. I increased the thickness to 1.2mm to make the frisbee more durable. As a version of the original model hit a wall and broke.
It only gained 20g weight compared to the original. And flies just as well.
