Prusa XL series: Better Dwarf door (V2) with handle

It bothered me, that there was no actual handle for the dwarf door. I added a small, but helpfull feature for me.

This is another Version of a dwarf door. This one has a better handle, than my previous Part ( https://www.printables.com/model/578505-prusa-xl-series-dwarf-door-v1-with-handle ) This one need support, but it really is worth it.

Added a good handle to the dwarf door, to make it easier to open, and access the cables.
