I originally designed a replacement 3D printed knob for a Smeg oven after struggling to find a replacement. I've since added a total of 7 customisable Knob designs and 5 customisable Inserts that can be mixed and matched to create the perfect replacement knob for almost any brand.
Please share your makes (along with the customisation settings you used and your exact product) and I'll add it to the brand guide at the bottom of this page. My designs are also open source (CC BY-SA 4.0), so please feel free to remix and adjust the models to your exact needs.
I'm continuing to update this model and documentation, please let me know if you have any suggestions!

All models can be customised using the free or paid versions of Fusion 360.
Appliance brands have varying sizes and styles of knobs. Because of this, the Knobs and Inserts have all been designed parametrically so that they can be easily adjusted to fit the exact dimensions of the knob you're replacing.
Each model has different customisation options (such as diameter, height, inset, etc) that can be viewed in the Component List section below.
Enter your knob measurements into Fusion 360 (using the instructions below) to get a good fit.
1. Download the .f3d files for your chosen Knob and Insert style.
2. Open the downloaded files in Fusion 360.
3. Open the Parameters window in Fusion 360. Click here for help.
4. Change the values to customise your Knob or Insert. More information about the customisation options can be found in the Component List section below.
5. Export your customised model and 3D print.
Each style of Knob and Insert have different customisation options that are listed below. You can easily edit the files using Fusion 360 and the customisation instructions above.
Below are optimal settings that have been found for specific brands. You can find these models in the “Ready to Print” section.
Please share any optimal settings (along with photos) that you find and I'll add them below.
