Outdoor Thermometer Shell

This is an Outdoor sensor Shield. I use them with Aqara and Sonoff zigbee thermometer.

These are the main goals of this design.

• Can be 3D printed without support
• Press-fit assembly of parts, do not need any extra hardware to attach shield to holder
• Good accessibility to the sensor to replace battery or re-join the network.
• Good airflow in all directions 
• Good protection from direct Sunlight

The design is parametric and can be tuned for any other sensor to be placed outdoors. See Readme file for details.

If your are getting a zigbee thermometer I recommend Sonoff, as Aqara's zigbee implementation is proprietary and the device gets kicked of the network often unless you have a 100% aqara network.

V2 is smaller, due to angle of shell and more tight dimensions. The press-fit mechanism is a bit harder than in V1. 

I also created an Aqara version that I have not tested yet.
