Mazda Door/Ignition Key Head/Holder (2023)

This will snap into your Mazda emergency key (curved key inside remote).  I am not sure if every car model has  different key design, but this one came from a Mazda CX5 2023.  At least for my car, the emergency key is the only way to lock your car/SUV while it is on, so I took it out and put it in my keychain.  This shape is broken by design, the shape is hard on your thumb/fingers.  This holder helps soften it.

Printing and Snapping:

• The STL files (main and cap) are oriented in the printing direction.  No supports needed.
• Use many walls (I put 40 so it maxes the walls) and you get a solid model with the material laid down concentrically.
• I printed mine in PETG, but I don't see any reason why you shouldn't use any other material.  For example, if you use PLA, you are not likely to leave the key in the car on a hot day, and if you do, the key handle deforming wouldn't be your worse issue.
