FT BTT TFT35 SPI Screen Mount

INTRODUCTION

For those who are using BTT's boards (certain controller boards and especially the BTT Pi) that support the SPI screens, we now have a screen mount for you. It uses the original Switchwire skirt so no other printed parts are required to install it.

THE DESIGN

The screen mount was designed to be in line with other mounts we have created in that it does not require the switchwire skirt to be modified in any way. For those that are using Voron 2.4 there is a modified Voron 2.4 front grill to support the screen mount.

BOM

Since this screen mount is external to the printer it can be printed in pretty much any material you like (PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA). 

Additional parts necessary are: -

1. 6 x heatset inserts (4 for the screen front mount and 2 for the rear mount to connect it to the switchwire skirt)
2. 4 x M3x8 SHCH or BHCS that are to be put through the rear cover and screen then mount to the heatset inserts that are installed into the front mount.
3. 2 x M3x20 screws to mount it to the grill from the inside.
