Made from PETG. Organic supports .1mm interface. Separated easily. Bit of lube to make it smooth.

Materials: Prusament Orange PETG, Polymaker Olive Drab ASA

I ended up using the 2mm paracord just for winding convenience, and a longer screw instead of a magnet to lock in the handle. 0 complaints, I sanded the bearings and added some lithium grease on the spool for smooth operation. I will add a line tensioner print in the field for peace of mind.

@SebGueb_1242214 Nice set! What are those printed parts in the middle of the picture?

@Johegy It's another solution to fix the line on a wall hook. Not sure yet if I use the one included in the set or this one ( https://www.printables.com/fr/model/672660-clothesline-rope-hanger-4-hooks-eyelets-laundry). Maybe I keep the one from the set for outside activity and the other one for home use. I have to do some tests.

@Johegy Hey. I was looking at trying to print this model out.

There is a very narrow wall on the model which I have shown on the attached photo. In my case it is only line one width which is 0.7mm with the 0.6mm nozzle I use. I really would like that to be thicker..... Can you send me a model that I can open up in Fusion360 to make it thicker?

@Peter17_1443740 Hello,
On mine it's a single line wall too and I printed it with 0.4 nozzle, so it's even thinner then yours would be. It works. There is no load on that wall. The load is on the spindle axis, the arm, that part of the shell where the arm pushes it when you pull the line, and the upper part of the shell (hook).
This is a remix, so I converted the original part from STL to editable model with FreeCad. Now I uploaded a STEP file of the shell, I think you can edit that in Fusion.
