This is how to do it (works fine for any logos or emblems):
1.) I've found a nice large and clean color picture of a logo, openned in photoshop (or any layer based editor. Selected the circle (including all he print on the circle) - this will be the base color (BLUE). Saved black circle for later use (.jpeg format)
2.) Then I've selected everything EXCEPT the blue background - our next color will be RED, again I have made BW version of the image and saved again).
3.) Allmost there 3rd layer is the WHITE + GOLD only (delete all the rest) and save in black & white.
4.) Last layer - the golden crown (just delete the rest and save the crown in black color).
And now, just as while making cake - we will start layering (after importing image select "invert and disable textures, you can also paint imported layer with correct color for better refference).
5.) Start-up 3D builder (you can download that for free in Microsoft Store) - open NEW SCENE and import 1st picture (blue circle)
6.) Import 2nd picture (everything that is red+white+golden (not the blue parts) - put that on the top of the blue circle)
7.) Repeat with 3rd and 4th image → violá…
8.) Adjust thickness of the objects (2mm blue, 3mm red, 4mm white, 5mm golden - settle them on the plane…) - save as .STL or .EMF regarding your prefference… and go for slicer!
9.) In slicer adjust final size (I was going for 150mm diameter) and don't forget to change color in proper layer height (see previous step).
Enjoy and have fun!

Why am I savin all the layers in black? Because black and white have the best contrast ratio.
