Hinged Handle Spool Tool (print-in-place)

Here is a print-in-place spool tool for winding up decent amounts of loose cordage or paracord.  Deep recess allows for a large amount of cordage or paracord to be stored and the hinged handle allows freedom of movement and ease-of-use when a large amount of cord is being stored.
