Hello, do you have any examples or links to the silicones used, or can you recommend any?
Thanks in advance

@jorge_rui I've just finished printing and I have mainly 2 questions before assembly:
by filling with silicone you mean the silicone caulk that is usually used when sealing bathrooms etc or a silicone mix A+B? which shore would work better theoretically?
I thought the TPU feet's would snap fit on the bottom but they do not, how do you suggest glueing them? (edited)
@VincenzoBorri_837941 @jorge_rui tried with shore 26 silicone, seems to be too stiff (with full force pressing down i can lower the top part by 1mm or so, and laterally by less than a millimeter), i'm not sure how to check how much vibrations have been attenuated, may i ask you which shore hardness silicone have you used for yours?
Very nice after the silicon has hardened - I think I'll print a set for my speakers as well :-)

@VincenzoBorri_837941 I used a 10A silicone
@drporkchops_1187026 oh okay so that's why yours has more lateral flexibility, OP was suggesting shore 40A if i'm not wrong but i think that would be too stiff, 20A almost looks too stiff already when completely filled
Hi, @jorge_rui . Looks like 3mf file is damaged. I am not able to open in Cura or Fusion360.
@jorge_rui Sorry, it didn't seem clear to me based on your replies. I appreciate your efforts, and I think your design is very interesting. Thanks!
@Gummibjorn_138764 thank you
Parts printed out very nicely. The silicone is curing now, so I haven't had a chance to see how well they work for their intended purpose.
I found the filling port to be too small. It was easier to seal the filling port, turn the cylinder right side up, and then fill it with silicone. I then assembled, flipped over, and reopened the filling port to top them off and cure.
@drporkchops_1187026 thank you for the report! The filling port was revised ;) (edited)
