These handles were made for two cheap flat wrenches used on an ER11 collet. The handles make the wrenches more comfortable to use, and have the additional benefit that the wrenches can be color coded.
The handles simply slip onto the metal wrench handle, and fit tightly enough that no adhesive is required.
The two basic handle designs were made for wrenches with these cross-sectional dimensions:
In addition to the above dimensions, the simple designs can be scaled to fit other wrench sizes. A “sizing piece” for each wrench size is provided for this purpose; the sizing piece can be scaled by trial and error to get a good fit, and then the full wrench handle can be scaled to the determined size.
In addition to the basic wrench handles, there is a second version of each handle with a hole in the handle.
