Segway Ninebot D38D Handle

This handle allows you to more easily pull your scooter in its folded form rather than having to carry it. Its consists of two clamps that attach a bar/tube to your handlebar to be used as grip. The clamps are designed with 22mm diameter holes on each side. The clamps are slim enough to fit in between throttle/bell and each handlebar.

Parts list (for entire handle):

• 2x upper clamp (printed)
• 2x lower clamp (printed)
• 8x M3 thread insert
• 1x 22mm bar/tube
• electrical tape or similar

Note:

The central part is raised to achieve a better clamping force. So don't forget support when printing the parts upright. Otherwise just print them laying on the side, should make them stronger anyway.

Assembly:

• Print the parts
• Seat 4x M3 inserts in each lower clamp (yellow)
• wrap the handlebar with a layer of tape
• tighten the outer screws first (blue)
• then tighten the inner ones to clamp to the bar (red)
