The bumpers on these cheap bike repair stands can easily get lost, especially in a shared space like a makerspace.
Luckily, one of the bumpers from the stand in my local makerspace was not yet offered to the void so I quickly modeled a replacement from its measurements.
The model should match the original more or less exactly. The only exception being the radius on the “bottom” edge (relative to the default model orientation) being much shallower so that it can be easily printed without support.
TPU semisoft works best, but other flexible material should also work just fine.
10-15% gyroid infill produces good contact between outer walls while not being too stiff.
It might even be worthwhile to reduce the perimeters and solid layers / wall thickness to reduce stiffness even further.
