Adjusted the original cover, it didn't quite line up with the mounting holes on my printer. The power supply has been lowered by 2.9mm.
In addition to the height adjustment I also added a slot for a dedicated buck step down converter. The converter routes through an additional hole I added to the cover as well. In my opinion this is the easiest and cleanest way to get power to a RPI, the step down converter is a dedicated 5V step down so no need to adjust it. All you need to do is crimp on some terminals for quick disconnect and easy mounting to the terminal block of the power supply

Last but not least I extended the AC socket mount by 18mm, I've always had issues with the power supply running into the terminations and the power supply never sat right. Terminals are completely clear of the bottom of the power supply now.
