Ford Carpet Clip

Original carpet clips broke.  Created this replacement.  It has a different clip-together design than the original dealer supplied carpets.  There could be room for improvement but this first version worked for me and is holding the carpet in place very well. 

Fitting into car: I placed the Bottom part in position in the car where the floor pin is located, followed by the carpet and then finally the Top part snap fits into the Bottom part.  So far, it is holding together with friction.

No supports needed if your printer can do 45 degree overhangs.  Print in PETG or other higher temp materials to handle high cabin temps.   My first print in PLA failed (warped).
