Simple tool designed to make cutting with circular saw easier.

Bigger model can be printed and used on its own. The way it's meant to be used is to mark a line where cut is to be made, align chamfered edge to the line and clamp the tool down. All that's left to be done is to position the saw on the tool and just move it along the guide.

Additional part was added to provided ability to easily make 90° cuts. Bottom part is aligned to the edge and tool is clamped. Then making proceed making the cut the same way as before.

NOTE: It's important to configure this tool to your saw. Measure distance from the saw itself to the edge of the saw foot. This value can be then configured in the SCAD file and printed.

Print instructions

At least 3 perimeters and minimum 0.8mm vertical thickness is advised to keep the print sturdy. Printed with 20% infill, but more can be selected if desired. Shouldn't go below 15%.
