Are you able to design something that uses the K1C's original mounting method, being the friction fit onto 8 tabs but continue using the same filter as in your existing model? The threads on my K1C are stripped badly so I cant use this model.

@AlanNguyen_1730761 i would suggest some filament on each side of the screw hole to give the screw something to bite into and it will create a friction fit in the hole with the filament being pushed into the sides and effectively rebuilding the threaded whole with the new screw

Solid design--I appreciated the rounded edges.
Printed in grey PETG.

WHY ? what are you folks filtering ? its an extraction fan LOL

@dmrodco_238742 when printing filaments get hot they can create harmful fumes, this is especially the case when printing ABS and ASA; as these filaments Contain styrene and when heated emit gasses that can cause illness and in some cases even death when exposed to high concentrations. symptoms of styrene poisoning include flu like symptoms that go away in a couple of hours once you get some fresh air or remove yourself from that area. after lots of exposure though you may not have the symptoms anymore but this is not any less hazardous to your health.
