Noticed that some wine glasses were slipping when attempting to laser etch with my rotary attachment on my CO2 Laser.  When the glass was level in the rotary attachment due to the tapper of the glass it would only contact one o-ring and lead to slippage and bad engraving.

The solution I found was to incline the attachment to allow for more contact between the glass and wheels / o-rings.

I  also designed it so that it could be reversed to allow for more support for an item being engraved.

I printed it in PLA with 220 temp, 0.2 line thickness., 15% infill with Hybrid tree supports. Probably  better to use PETG but I used PLA.

The bolts were 10 / 32 x 1 in or a 1 inch M5 will work with 2 x M5 wing nuts. Think 3/4in length will work as well but I haven't tested.

This is not for commercial use. Please don't resell.

Feel free to download and print and hopefully it will improve you tumbler and wine glass engraving experience.

Note I have a Mansfield Customs Rotary and I love it, so this design works on this setup with the 20 x 20 extrusions, not sure about other rotaries on the market.

Thanks
