Bambu Nozzle Indicator

I remixed the associated Nozzle Indicator by @fuchsr to have the available stock Bambu nozzle diameters (0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) and the materials (SS or Stainless Steel, HS or Hardened Steel) since I am finding myself changing nozzles often with this machine.
