I printed two of the famous CL4P-TP robots from Borderlands.
Since the the elctronics were just flying around in the breeze internally I started designing an insert containing speaker, battery holder and slots for the PCBs.

Print instructions

The print is quite simple and works without supports. I printed mine in Prusament Army Green PLA and another one with Amazon Basics neon green ... but this does not really matter since they are not seen from outside ;) ...

I designed the whole thing in OpenSCAD. I started to work with parameters to easily adapt to different speaker sizes, battery sizes and so on ... But since it got more and more complex and after some knots in the brain I skipped this approach and went for directly entering coordinates ... sorry about that ... nevertheless I will include the OpenSCAD file for your enjoyment :) ....

In addition I created a small ring which is supposed to look like a front ring of a camera lense ... just a few millimeters to cover the gap between the actual lense and the main body.

The robot design the inset is designed for you also can find on Prusa Prints ...
