Office guitar pick organizer

Intro

My desk is a mess. Guitar picks everywhere! If there only was a solution to my problem! 

This fully printable spring loaded guitar pick storage container solves the problem of all the picks lying around. Easy to print, fun to use! 

Make sure you always have a pick near by! 

Dimensions

The container is 75x40x50mm and can easily store 30 picks (depended on the thickness of the picks of course)

Assembly

I used 4x m3 RVS bolts with 5mm thread. You can easily fit longer once up to 15mm. 

• Place the spring
• Place the push block
• Close the container with the bolts
• Load up the picks!

Printer settings

I'm printing on a Bambu lab P1P using the following settings:

Spring

• PTEG
• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height
• 3 wall loops
• 10% gyroide infill 
• Support at threshold angle 15% on build plate only
• No brims

Rest

• PLA
• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height
• 3 wall loops
• 10% gyroide infill 
• Support at threshold angle 5%
• No brims
