Spring- 2 peace's:
- 100% infill.
- No brim.
- No supports.
Assembly:
- Put both body's together.
- Put in the hinge till first spring gap.
- Put first spring in place facing its pin hole in downwards direction.
- Move the hinge till the next spring gap.
- Put the second spring the same way and orientation and way as the first one.
- Move the hinge all the way and put the lock in place. If lock fails, glue it.
- Wind the springs upwards and put in the small pins.
Depending of what settings do You choose printing the whole thing will take from 5,5 till 10,5 hours on Ender 3S.
If using softer PLA's hinge locking end might contract under spring pressure, if so this has to be fixed with 1 drop of super glue so the hinge stays locked with the body. In theory shouldn't happen but happened once with me.
