Sovol SV05 Display Housing

I was please enough with the Ender 3 display housing I made for my CTC A10s, I decided to badge it with the Sovol logo and install it on my SV05.

The display bracket should first be attached to the lower frame of the printer with two M4 screws and T nuts.  The display back attaches to the bracket using three 9/64 screws or M3 screws, whichever is handy.  The face and display board attach to the back using four M3x20 socket cap screws and four M3 nuts.

I've included the unbranded face for those who either don't want to advertise for Sovol, or would prefer to provide his/her own label or logo.
