Parkside Rotary Tool to Parkside Support for Drill Adapter

Simple adapter to attach the parkside rotary tool to the parkside drill support. Because of the threads of the adapter, a layer height smaller than or equal to 0.15 mm is recomended.

Also added a washer spacer to attach to the lever, since mine was a bit loose.
