Description

PDF

Plug-and-play for a resin printer.  Remixed the original to integrate magnets for use on a map, fridge, cubicle shelf, etc.

Uploaded a mix of files:

  • All are hollowed with drain holes.
  • All have holes for magnets 6mm x 2mm (obtained from Amazon)
  • Pre-supported (Lychee and STL); designed to be easily pulled off before curing*
  • No supports (STL)

One file uses the entire build plate (24ea DDGs) of an Anycubic M3 Max.  Otherwise, uploaded files for a single DDG with and without supports.

*Highly recommend using a mix of resin to prevent the mast from breaking when removing supports.  I used SUNLU 2000g ABS-Like Resin mixed with Siraya Tech Tenacious.  Just added Tenacious to a new SUNLU container, but left some air gap for mixing (vigorously shaking the sealed container).

M3 Max Settings:

Burn In:

Layers - 6

Exposure Time - 45s

Normal Layers:

Thickness - 0.05mm

Lift Distance - 3mm > 7mm

Lift Speed - 150mm/m > 600mm/m

Retract Speed - 600mm/m > 150mm/m
