Router Plate for small Routers

Router table insert for Makita or similar small routers. 

Print the table with high infill. The inlet can easily be modified for different router bits. Just use the modify function in Prusa Slicer and expand the hole to your needs. 

To install the plate in the table, cut a square (1-2cm smaller than the plate) in the table board. Mill a Square 140 x 140mm 6mm deep to drop in the plate. Fix it with countersunk screws.

Attach the router with metal countersunk screw's. The inlet should fit tightly, depending on your printer settings, you may try to print with different scaling if needed.

You will find different Instructions online for the woodworking. Google with “Minifrästisch” will give you enough results.
