The shafts on your radio for these knobs may or may not have little metal clips attached to them (see pic on right), which changes the diameter. Make sure you print the knob with the correct sized hole, either “WITH CLIP” or “NO CLIP”.
The “WITH CLIP” model is going to bind that clip tightly and never let go, just FYI. Sooo, probably just get rid of the clip and print the “NO CLIP” model. It's a tight fit, but who wants loose knobs? Crazy people, that's who. You're not crazy, are you? Okay, good.
These knobs have been fit-checked on a 2001 Chevy Avalanche, and work perfectly. They're modeled after the very plain OEM knobs, so feel free to download the STEP and add some texturing. The “Fuzzy Skin” modification in PrusaSlicer also adds a nice grip.
Support the interior of the knob. Use PETG and glue stick (or a brim) for best results.
