Better filament guide for Filler (use with V2 Bambu Side Spool Holder X1 and P1P ARC)

The original filament guide is not wide enough if you use Filler on this spool holder with narrow spools. The weight of the spool is causing the holder to bend slightly so that the spool will wander to the left over time when printing.

On narrow spools which are tightly winded the filament can snap over the spool to the right and will tangle.

This holder moves the hole for the PTFE tube to the middle of the normal filler and prevents that problem.

Two Versions

1. Wider head to move it to the middle when used with Filler
2. Wider head and 50mm more height for higher spools

What did I change?

1. Made the head of the filament guide wider
2. The hole is now a bit wider so that the PTFE tube goes in better but still sits tight in the hole
