Description

I created this part for reference use especially if we need to have a precision work such as for 3d printer.

These models and dimensions will be useful in the future as I used this technique on my Neo-Tantillus to achieve good precision on z-endstop as well as working on a model with a very limited space like Neo-Tantillus where we don't know the distance that these micro switch will get triggered or not.

DWG and PDF file also included along with 2 3d models each switch type. Not meant for 3d printed, only for modelling where you need precision.

NOTE

I used caliper to measure the triggered distance shown in the pdf. It is meant for a rough reference on the distance that it will be triggered. If you use these triggered data for your precision design, I highly recommend to offset the triggered distance by about 0.5-1.0mm as that will give extra safe distance.

For example, Triggered distance for 3A250VAC switch is 13.25, it is a good practice to offset it to roughly between 12.75-12.00mm as you will have margin for errors. In other words, make the switch stand out slightly rather than sink more.

It is not easy to explain offset. Hope you will understand what I meant.
