This is the second Version of the Sim Racing Handbrake. It uses less screws and should be easier to assemble. The Base and two side panels are now one piece for easier assembly. It may not be as good looking and reliable as the first one but I had a lot of fun. 

 

 

Electronic Parts:

  1.  -Arduino Pro Micro 
  2.  -Slidable-potentiometer (L x B x H) 35 x 9.5 x 6.5 mm    F2031N  20mm travel
  3.  -Some cables 
  4.  -An USB Micro cable

  1. M5x10   2
  2. M5x20  2
  3. M5x25  1
  4. M5x30  2
  5. M5x35  2
  6. M8x25  3
  7. M8x70  1
  8. M8x80 1
  9. M8 Nut  4
  10. 1.2x9x45mm Spring                 x1 You can choose what spring you want to use

Tools:

  1. Superglue (Not Hot-glue)
  2. Allen-key 4 and 6
  3. Wrench 13mm
  4. (Spray paint)

 

Tiny hints: 

I color coded the grip on this one for a smooth feeling with a few layers of spray paint after gluing it on the handle. Also if you want a smoother feeling use one or two shrink tubes on the spring guiding screw, the spring won't get stuck.
