I decided to try my hand at building a working clock for a friend who wanted to gift it to someone they were going to visit.

All credit to Vector Design Store UA on Etsy for the SVG. I highly recommend them if you want to build any vector based 3d prints or laser cut designs:

I used the Vosarea Silent Quartz Wall Clock kit from Amazon for the clock hardware - usually runs about $10.00:

I printed this in two colors of filament using my Prusa i3 MK3S and use the filament split in Prusa Slicer to print the top 3 layers in White Amazon Basics filament. All lower layers in Prusament Galaxy Black.

I used an M9 threading tool to put threads in the center hole which the clock hardware screwed into perfectly.

Notes:

Extended repair in NetFabb post Fusion 360 work. Uploaded file is fully repaired.

Scale model to 55% and rotate to get it to fit within the boundaries of the Prusa i3 MK3S. I can print it full size on my CR-10 MAX which is 450 mm Long x 315mm Wide x 9mm thick. If you do print it full scale you should not need to thread the center hole for the clock hardware but you will need to use the shim and protective inserts to fasten the clock hardware in place.
