Corne Highpro Case With Integrated Plate

Files included for both 5 and 6 column versions

Required Hardware

• 18 x M2 heatset inserts (holes are 3.6mm diameter so most M2 inserts should work) I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B8GN63S2/
• 18 x M2 10mm screw
• 10 mm rubber bumpers (depending on column size)
• All your Crkbd components

Printing Instructions

• All models should be printed with supports from the build plate only
• Print the bottom, plate, and island models in normal orientation
• Print the top models upside down (so that the top of the case is against the build plate)

Support Tip:

Set top interface spacing to 0 (meaning a solid top interface) this makes all of the supports in this print come off extremely easily.

Assembly

1. Print everything…
2. Melt m2 inserts into the underside of the top portion of the case
3. Screw case together with 10mm m2 screws from bottom to top, going through the plate and island components
4. Attach 10mm bumpers to the recessed portions on the underside of the case
