The dashboard of my car has a 12v socket that sticks out like a sore thumb, but my car didn't come with a dummy to fill it. This solves that issue.
I designed this to fit within the 12v socket and blend in with the dashboard. I used the cigarette logo common to these items, but also included a model without the logo since the logo didn't print out well on the poorly tuned Ultimaker I used. The model is designed to clip into place for cars designed for a cigarette lighter, and it might be loose on vehicles without this functionality.
I highly recommend printing this thing standing up, as it will only need support under the outer ring. Supports were easy to remove in my experience. I don't recommend organic support for this model as it isn't needed and would likely be more difficult to remove and use more filament. It is possible you could print this without supports if you don't mind the outside rim sagging. The inside doesn't need support.
I recommend printing this in a material that can withstand the heat and UV light a car interior experiences. I printed this in PC, but ASA and ABS would be suitable as well. I wouldn't recommend PLA for this, but PETG might be alright too.
