I wanted to print some 17" wide Panoramas with my Epson SureColor P800 but want to spend $200 for the Epson branded one. 3d printing it cost less than $50 including hardware.

For all parts I used .28mm layer height .4mm width at 30% infill. Use at least 3 top/bottom layers and walls.

Left & Right Arm: These need support for the hook that connects to the printer. In Cura I made this hook and the surrounding area 100% infill by using a support blocker.

Wheels: Included are wheels for 3" paper media and a 2" wheels for canvas. To print the thin spokes solid use 16 bottom layers and 3 top.

The bearing spacer and end cap can be printed with no special settings.

The bearings are 6805 37mm OD, 25mm ID, 7mm width. I bought a 10 pack for $13.99 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082PYT33D/ref=cm_sw_su_dp

The tubing is 500mm long 19mm OD carbon fiber. I found the carbon tubing on eBay for $26 shipped for 2 tubes. This was less $ than anything else I could find. Aluminum or steel would also work well. Other sizes can easily be adapted with a different spacer and end cap.

The screws are 15mm M4 with a washer.
