Please please please be careful. Using walking aids such as crutches or canes is already difficult. Adding 3d printed parts and sand is probably going to make it even more dangerous. I hope people find this useful, but please be careful. I don't take any responsibility if you injure yourself while using this, nor do I make any assurances about its safety.
This model is an all-terrain foot/tip for crutches with a 22mm (7/8") leg. It should also work fine for canes. The idea is a wider base permits more stability on sand, and the holes allow sand/water to pass through. There are similar designs using this concept being sold for $25-$35 online. I printed this in SainSmart 95A TPU, which has a higher shore hardness than many other beach tips (around 70A shore hardness), but it should feel comparable. In the sliced project file, the base uses a much denser infill than the walls, making it more difficult to wear through.
