This model is a panel mount for a USB-C trigger from Amazon. The trigger can request a fixed voltages from a USB PD power supply for project use. To print this, I split the “Trigger-Insert” file in PrusaSlicer. I also included a “blank” insert so this model should be usable with other small interfaces that need a panel mount.
This print uses a 15 degree tapper to wedge the insert inside the frame. It can be printed with no supports.
My project power supply consists of this USB-C 20V trigger (https://amzn.to/3q7H8VQ) and this 15A Tunable Buck Converter (https://amzn.to/3rKFdHf) connected to a 45W Samsung wall wart (https://amzn.to/3q7H8VQ). This results in a project power supply that can provide up to 45W at 3V - 18V.
