So I’m currently designing an enclosure system for an ender 3 s1, and found that there’s really no models out there that cover the internals of an ender. So I made my own.
THESE ARE REFERENCE FILES FOR DESIGN, NOT FOR PRINT
So in this package I have a reference model for the mainboard, the smaller PCB for the right side stepper motor and other stuff, the main power supply, the power switch, and the cable plug. All parts were made in SolidWorks, so I will include both sldprt and step files.
The primary purpose of these files are for routing wiring and for mounting these components. At the time of writing this, I haven’t necessarily test fit anything so if you find anything at all is off (and you have verified your steps/mm are accurate), feel free to leave a comment letting me know so I can fix it. The connector pinouts should be treated as arbitrary, their location should be correct, but if you for whatever reason are modeling/printing a connector for one of the boards, understand that pin location wasn’t a priority. I did my best to measure pin spacing properly, but given that it’s such a small distance and hard to get a caliper between pins, there might be a slight difference between the model and real life pin spacing. Proceed with referencing the pins with caution.
Hope this helps in your endeavors
As I finish systems for my enclosure, I will release packages for subsystems so feel free to come check my profile out in the future! I‘m aiming for the most over engineered enclosure available for print. So if you’ve ever wanted the most insanely complex/badass lack enclosure for your ender, feel free to stop by!
